KAMLOOPS WOMEN’S SOCCER LEAGUE – PRIVACY POLICY
BACKGROUND
Your privacy is important to the Kamloops Women’s Soccer League (“KWSL”). Our Privacy Policy explains how KWSL collects, uses and discloses personal information you may provide while using a KWSL Website and software. By using a KWSL website or software, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information as described by this policy.
1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
1.1 Cookies

1.3 Personal Information
KWSL is affiliated with the British Columbia Soccer Association (“BCSA”) as an Associate Adult League. As such, KWSL is required to collect certain personal demographic information when you register as a league member for remittance to BCSA and for team rosters. This information can include name, email, phone, and other data items as defined by KWSL and BCSA.
2. USE OF INFORMATION
KWSL uses your personal information to contact you, and as required by law from the personal information you provide to us. We may combine this information in a form that does not specifically identify you (collectively, “Aggregate Data”). KWSL only uses the Aggregate Data for its own internal purposes as required.

Except as otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy, KWSL does not rent, sell, or share non-depersonalized personal information about you unless required by law.
2.2 Location of Information
All KWSL website data is hosted through Bluehost.com (“Hosting Partner”) and stored on secured servers located within the continental United States.
2.3 Confidentiality and Security
KWSL, through our Hosting Partner, uses physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you. Only KWSL officers, duly authorized team representatives, employees, contractors, or third-party service providers working with KWSL, who need to see the information to do their jobs, have access to your personal information. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will not be used or disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
2.4 Retention of Personal Information
We retain your personal information to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, if any. We will not retain your personal information after termination of your account with KWSL unless we are otherwise required by law or regulation to retain your personal information for longer.
2.5 Your Access To and Control Over Information
You may opt out of future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given below:
(a) See what data we have about you, if any.
(b) Change/correct any data we have about you.
(c) Have us delate any data we have about you.

2.6 Other Considerations
KWSL or our affiliates may provide links to other websites, software or resources. We do not have control over how these other parties manage personal information. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.
Due to changes in business, technology and unforeseen situations, KWSL has the right to change this Privacy Policy without prior notice or liability. Any changes will be posted online or can be requested by contacting KWSL.
3. SURVEYS AND CONTESTS
From time-to-time our site may request information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests in completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address). And demographic information (such as postal code and age). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for the purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of the site.
